Oat Cakes

Ingredients
250 g Oatmealpinch salt½ teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda2 tablespoon Margarine
Directions
Combine oatmeal, salt and bicarb. of soda together.
Melt margarine, make well in centre of dry ingredients and pour in the margarine.
Add a little hot water to margarine and mix to form stiff dough (add more water if necessary).
Cut into round and place on a non-stick baking tray.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180ᴼ until cakes are crisp.
