Ground Beef Curry

Ingredients

425 g Ground beef30 ml Curry powder15 ml Soy sauce5 ml Garlic, crushed15 ml Cornflour375 ml WaterSalt and Pepper
Heat large saucepan.
Add beef and cook until brown.
Add onion, garlic, soy sauce and sauté for 10 mins.
Add curry powder and water.
Simmer over low heat.
Mix cornflour with a little water to form a smooth paste.
Add paste to the beef mixture (add a little water to beef if it's dry) and stir until mixture thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a bed of rice and vegetables.
