Big Soft Sugar Cake Cookies

Ingredients
These are soft and excellent!Milk, 1%, 1.00 cup Egg, fresh, 2.00 large Margarine, soft, 1.00 cup Baking Powder, 2.00 tsp Baking Soda, 1.00 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2.00 cup Flour, white, 5.00 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in eggs, mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Add to the sugar/margarine mixture mixing well. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. OPTION: Icing with sprinkles (my kids loved them)

    Should the milk be added alternately with the flour mixture to creamed mixture? There's no mention of what to do with the milk.
