Joy's life diet soup - beans added

Ingredients
as state above with the following seasonings2 tsp basil2 tsp parsley1 tsp oregino1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp sage1 bay leafpepper to taste (1/2 - 1 tsp)Salt to taste - may omit if low sodium diet
Directions
Makes 16 1 1/2 cup - 2 cup servings
Freezes very well

In non stick stock pot spray with non stick spray, add chopped garlic, celery, onions and mushrooms, cook until clear. Add canned tomatoes and remaining of chopped vegetables. Simmer at least 20 minutes.

Chop your vegetables as small or large as you desire.
