Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey1/3 cup vegetable oil4 egg whites1 small can pumpkin8 oz apple juice1 cup rolled oats2 cups whole wheat white flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 tsp. ground nutmeg1/2 cup dark chocolate chips1 tbsp. Hershey's special dark cocoa
Directions
Makes 28 regular sized muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin or use paper liners.

Beat eggwhites, add pumpkin, oil, apple juice. Then add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold them in last.

Fillmuffin cups 2/3 with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
