Apple Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats3/4 cup flour (white)1 teaspoon Baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon3 large eggs3/4 cup milk1 cup apple - grated3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix together the rolled oats, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat in eggs and milk. Grate the apple and add to mixture. mix well. spoon onton a hot, lightly oiled skillet. spread the batter out until 1/3 of inch thick. cook over medium-high heat until bubbles appear and surface begins to dry out. turn over and cook until done. serves 6.
