Crispy Low Car/Low fat enchladias

1 Roasting Chicken from Deli (meat removed and pulled apart)1 Cup Salsa (you can add small can of diced green chilies if want to spice it up)TortillaEnchalida sauceshredded cheddar cheese
1.Heat oven at 350 degrees.
2. Add shredded chicken and salsa (and chiles if wanted) in fry pan and heat up.
3. Place torts in microwave for 25 sec to warm so they are pliable.
4. put chicken mix in torts and roll up like enchalida.
5. rub olive oil on a baking sheet, place your enchalida on sheet rub little oil on top of enchalida.
6. Bake in oven for about 15 min or unil torts golden and heated thru.
7. while that is bakeing heat up enchalida sauce in pan
8. when all heated spoon some enchalida sauce on plate, place enchalida on top, spoon little more sauce on top of enchalida, add small handful cheese on top, place in oven until cheese is melted.
9. Serve with your favorite side dish
