Ingredients
1/2 c lard or shortening2 c flour3 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 c warm water
Directions
cut lard into flour, salt and baking soda. add water and stir until forms a ball and cleans side of bowl knead until smooth ( 3 mins) cover and let sit 15 mins. divide into 8 balls and roll out on lightly floured surface. cook on hot, ungreased griddle until bubbles are golden brown.
