1 pound chicken, boneless skinless1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon peppersalt (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Rinse Chicken

Put the chicken in a baking pan or casserole dish

Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper to taste

Bake for one hour

    I tried it and it was very good! I did decide to spray a little PAM on the chicken breasts, though. Probably added some calories. - 7/10/11
