Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake MIx 1 1/2 cup Silk Soy MIlk2 medium fresh eggs2 tbsp Benefiber
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl only until all ingredients are moist. Let sit for a few minutes. Spray pan with Mazola cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per serving. When bubbles form turn once. Make about 16 4 inch pancakes.
