8 oz Baby Portabella mushrooms, sliced3 cloves of garlic1 pkg Gourmet Garden Italian Seasoning Herb Blend.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded22 Athens Mini Fillo Shells
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix all ingredients except for shells in food processor. Blend until smooth.
Put mixture into shells.
Bake about 5 minutes, just until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
A serving is 2 shells. Makes 22 shells.
