Chicken Satay

Ingredients
One chicken breast1/2 cup chicken stock1 tablespoon peanut butter1 spring onions
Directions
Grill the chicken breast.

While the breast is grilling, make the sauce.
In a pan combine the stock, peanut butter and spring onions, bring to the boil and then simmer until sauce thickens.

Serve the chicken with the sauce.
