Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted1/2 cup ketchup1 Tablespoon brown sugar2 Tablespoons mustard1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large saucepan cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and rinse in hot water. Set aside. Saute the celery, onion, and green pepper until soft, return meat to pan. Stir in all remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or transfer to a slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
