Loaded Breakfast Omelette Wrap

Ingredients

1/3 cup egg substitute1/8 cup cooked spinach2 tbsp shredded provolone cheese1/8 cup diced tomatoes1 tbsp diced onion1 tbsp diced green or red pepper1 slice turkey bacon, cooked and crumbledground black pepper to taste1 Low-Carb tortilla
Mix all ingredients together except tortilla. Place in large microwavable glass bowl.
Microwave on high power for about 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave. Watch closely as it cooks! When egg substitute puffs up and isn't runny in middle, it is done. Don't overcook or egg mixture will get hard!
Add entire bowl to warm low carb tortilla and wrap up. Enjoy!
