B&B breakfast casserole

.50 pound pork sausage4 slices whole wheat bread1 1/2 C southwestern egg beaters1 C salsa1 C FF milk1/4 C low fat cheddar cheese or mexican cheese
Cook sausage in pan. Drain and place onto paper towels to remove all grease or rinse in a colander to remove thoroughly. Spray 8X 11 baking dish with Pam. Place bread slices on the bottom, sprinkle with sausage.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, and salsa. Pour over sausage and bread. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes or until middle is set. May want to cover with tin foil to avoid cheese from burning.
Let sit for about 10 minutes before slicing.
