Brocoli chicken bake

Ingredients
2 cups cut-up chicken breast2 cups chicken broth2 Tbl flour2 Tbl butter or margarine2 Tbl diced onion2 4oz cans sliced mushrooms or 8 oz of sliced fresh mushrooms1 bag frozen brocoli or 4 cups fresh brocolishredded cheese (if desired)cooked rice or potatoes (your choice)
Directions
Cook cut-up chicken breast in fry pan til lightly cooked or use 2 cups left over cooked chicken or turkey.
In sauce pan, over low heat - melt butter and fresh mushrooms and diced onion. Add flour to create paste. Slowly blend in chicken broth to create sauce. ( If using canned mushrooms do not drain add to sauce and simmer til thickens.)
Put thawed frozen brocoli or fresh cutup brocoli in 9 X 12 baking pan. Add cooked chicken. Pour sauce over brocoli and chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or with cooked potatoes.

Will serve 6-8 depending on portion size.
