Superb Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole-wheat sourdough starter2 tsp sugar1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 egg1 tsp canola oil
Directions
Heat a griddle over medium heat.
In a bowl or large measuring cup, combine all the ingredients, mixing gently.
Grease the griddle and ladle 3-4 dollops into it.
When the batter has air holes peaking through, flip the cakes over.
When the steam is mostly gone, they should be ready.
