Ginger-Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients
1T canola oil2t minced peeled fresh ginger1/4t crushed red pepper2 garlic cloves, minced1 lb broccoli3/4 t salt1/4 c mirin1/4 c water
Directions
Serves 4
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-hi heat.

Add ginger, pepper and garlic; saute for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and salt, and saute 2 minutes.

Add mirin and water; cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until tender.
