Ingredients
4 T. margarine1/4 c. chopped onion1 c. shredded carrot1/4 c. flour2 c. nonfat milk1 3/4 c. chicken broth1 c. cubed chicken1/2 T. celery seed1 T. Worchestershire Sauce4 oz. shredded American cheese
Directions
In 4 T. margarine, cook chopped onion and shredded carrot until tender. Blend in flour, milk, chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cubed chicken, celery seed, Worchestershire sauce and shredded cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
