Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients
16 oz chicken, cooked1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed2 cups sliced zucchini1/2 cup onion, cut into thin wedges1 8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms1 14.5 oz can Hunt's petite diced tomatoes1/2 cayenne pepper1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Coat a dutch oven with cooking spray and saute onions until almost tender then add zuchinni. Saute both until zuchinni is tender. Then add the mushrooms and saute for approximately 3 more minutes. Add garbanzo beans and remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer for 30 minutes.
