Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
1 Egg + enough water to equal 3/4 c. water (water at 80 degrees F)2 TBL Butter, softened2 TBL Sugar1/2 tsp Salt2 TBL Dry Milk2 Cups Bread Flour1 tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
Directions
Bread Machine, use Dough mode and 2 Dough menu. !. When cycle is complete, turn the dough onto floured surface. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball. 2L Place in greased 9 inch square or round pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until indentation remains aftr touching side of roll. 3. Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm or cool.

    Good rolls! I had to add a little bit more flour during the mixing as it was pretty gooey. Will definitely make again! - 8/17/08

    Sorry, I made an error on the egg and water. It should of been 1 egg plus water to equal 3/4 c. 80 degrees F
