Ground beef, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Tomato juice, 46 fl oz (1 can)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp *Bush's Blackeye Peas, 1 can 15 ozDiced Tomatoes, 1 can 15 oz.Garlic, 1 Table spoonOregano, ground, 1 tsp Regular Beer, 12 fl oz 1bottleBeans, red kidney, 1 can
Throw in big pot and boil for 1 hour and simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve next day.
