Ramen Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 package Dole Classic Cole Slaw1 package Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles2 Chopped Scallions2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil (can substitute any oil)
Directions
Crush the ramen noodles in a large bowl and reserve the flavor packet. Add Cole slaw and chopped scallions to bowl. In small bowl combine mix flavor packet from ramen with oil, then add to other ingredients. Mix well. Serving size 1 cup.

    I decided something was missing. So I checked out some similar recipes and realized that it needed some rice vinegar. I added that and let it sit, by then the noodles absorbed the flavoring and it was pretty good. I'll make it again, but add the rice vinegar, some chopped chicken too. - 9/13/09
