4 EggsSpinachParmesan CheeseSalsa
Directions
Seperate yolks only keeping one. Whish egg whites and 1 egg yolk until frothy. Cook on medium heat with Pam cooking spray. Tear fresh spinach with fingers and add to mixture once flipped. Top with parmasan cheese and salsa, and eat immedaitely.
