1 lb. lean ground beef1 chopped onion1 chopped bell pepper1 can petite diced tomatoes2 can red kidney beans1/2 c. ketchup1 capful of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle1-2 Tablespoons cayene pepper, as desiredChili powder and/or garlic may also be added
Directions
Brown beef, chopped onion, chopped pepper, drain.
Add other ingredients.
Simmer about 1 hour
