Falafel Burgers

Ingredients
400g chickpeas, drained 1 cup onion,chopped1 clove garlic, chopped1 tbsp parsley, chopped1 tsp cumin1 tsp coriander.5 tsp chili powder1/4 cup plain flour2 tbsp sunflower oil, for fryingWhlole wheat pita bread, small
Directions
* Dry the chickpeas with kitchen paper. Tip into the food processor along with the onion, garlic, parsley, spices, flour and a little salt. Blend until fairly smooth. Shape into four patties with your hand.
*Heat the oil in a pan, add the burgers and fry quickly for 3 minutes on each side until slightly golden.
*Sere with a toasted pita and it goes great with salad.
