Light & Easy Fudge

Ingredients
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)14 oz. Low Fat or Fat Free condensed milk1 pinch sea salt1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
1. Melt chocolate in a medium sauce pan with milk on medium heat. Stir Stir Stir! Milk stinks when it burns on the bottom of the pan
2. When melted and stirred smooth add salt & vanilla.
3. Pour into a glass 8 x 8 dish lined with wax paper or sprayed with cooking spray. (wax paper is better & easier clean up)
4. Cool completely in fridge or freezer for an hour or so.
5. Cut into 24 pieces & enjoy!
