Baked Oatmeal Almond Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 pounds of chicken tenders1/2 Cup 2% Milk1 Tbs dijon Mustard1/4 Cup Almonds (slivered)1/3 Cup Rolled Oats1/2 cup bread crumbs1 tsp Black Pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Combine milk and mustard

In a separate bowl, combine almonds, oats, bread crumbs parsley and pepper

Dip chicken into the milk mixture and then in oatmeal mixture

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. or until cooked through
