Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Ham diced4 lbs Potatoes1/2 cup Nonfat Milk1/4 cup Salted Butter3 cups Shredded Cheddar
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft. Leave 1/2 to 3/4 of the water. Mash potatoes to desired size. Mix in ham, milk and butter, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

To thicken add potato flakes as needed. Top with additional cheese.

Makes 16 servings.
