Lemon Italian Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
8 boneless skinless chicken (1/2)breasts, halved2 beaten eggs1 t garlic powderS&P1 c Italian bread crumbs1/2 t garlic powder1/2 c Parmesan1 cube butter1/2 t garlic powder1-1/2 to 2 t chopped parsleyjuice of 2 lemons1 lb mushrooms
Directions
Dip breasts in egg mixture, then roll in Italian crumb mixture. Put in 9x13 pan, cover with 3/4 of the butter mixture. Bak 375, 30-35 min.

Chop mushrooms, layer on chicken, pour on remainder of butter mixture. Bake 15 min more.
