Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 pound navy beans1 medium onion chopped3 cloves minced garlic8 ounces chopped green chilies2 teaspoons ground cumin1 teaspoon oregano1.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper0.5 teaspoons salt2 lbs. boneless chicken breast14 oz. chicken broth )low sodium would decrease the sodium content)1 cup water
Directions
Put soaked beans in a medium pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil;reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Discard water. Slice chicken and place in crock pot with all other ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours. Makes 6-8 servings
