bean sprout spinach salad

Ingredients
1 c olive oil1/4 c sugar1/4 c cider vinegar2 tb finely chopped onion2 tb Worcestershire sauce1 10 oz pkg fresh spinach1 c canned bean sprouts4 bacon strips4 green onionsgarnish with 2 hard cooked eggs2 tb sunflower seeds
Directions
In small saucepan, whisk together first 6 ingredients. cook and stir over low heat until temp reaches 160. remove from heat/cool. In serving bowl, toss spinach, sprouts, bacon and green onions. drizzle with 1/2 c salad dressing, toss to coat. garnish with egg and seeds.
