Char's tomato soup

Ingredients
15 Plum Tomato15 cloves of garlic18 tsps. of Better Than Boullion Chicken flavor stock2 Cups chpped and sauteed onions2 cups orzo pasta
Directions
Roast tomatos and garlic until really soft.
Sautee onions in stock pot (using Pam).
In seperate pot boil orzo until al dente then drain and set aside.
Peel tomatos and toss them and the garlic in with the onions.
Add 10 cups of water.
Mix in boullion.
Blend mixture in stock pot and return to pot.
Add Orzo.
Stir well.
Serve into bowls, top with chopped basil.
YUM!
