Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts boneless skinless4oz Each1/2 Chopped onion1 Garlic Clove Chopped1 Small can slice black olives1 8oz Bag of shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1 can La Victoria Enchillada sauce6 10 Inch flour tortilla's
Directions
In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray add chicken breasts cook over medium heat aprroximately 10 minutes. When chicken is cooked through add onion and garlic saute until onion is softened add olives. Divide chicken mixture into 6 10 Inch flour tortilla's. Roll up like a burrito and put into a glass baking dish side by side, cover with enchillada sauce and sprinkle 1 oz of chees over each enchillada bake until cheese is melted.
