Pecan Cake

Ingredients
5 eggs4 cups of flour2 cups of sugar1 1/2 tsp nutmeg5 tbs sorghum (or molasses)5 tbs whiskey1-16 ounce box golden raisins1 pound pecansSpray with Pam (or other spray) 6 small aluminum cake pans (approximately 7") Divide mixture into 6 pans. You can place 3-4 pecans on the top before baking for presentation appearance.
Directions
Place mixture into 6 small foil pans and bake at 300° for 70-minutes -
