Ingredients: 5 eggs; 4 cups of flour; 2 cups of sugar; 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 5 tbs sorghum (or molasses); 5 tbs whiskey; 1-16 ounce box golden raisins; 1 pound pecans; Spray with Pam (or other spray) 6 small aluminum cake pans (approximately 7) Divide mixture into 6 pans. You can place 3-4 pecans on the top before baking for presentation appearance.
