Susan's Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
2.5 lb. lean hamburger, browned & drained1 large can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)1/4 cup dry lentils2 T. milled flaxseed1 large can of mixed vegetables (29 oz.)1 can of mixed vegetables (15 oz.)1 can of french style green beans (14.5 oz)1 can sliced carrots (14.5 oz.)1 can black beans (15 oz)1 large can spinach well drained (27 oz)Spices to taste.
Directions
Brown and drain 2.5 lbs. raw hamburger meat, in a large soup pot. Add 1 large can of diced tomatoes. Add 3 cans of water. Add 1/4 c. dry lentils. Add 2 T milled flaxseed. Let come to a boil. Add 1 large and 1 small can of mixed vegetables; 1 can french style green beans; 1 can of sliced carrots; 1 can Bush's black beans. Drain 1 large can of spinach. Drain well, then add to soup. Season with beef boullion crumbs, Ms. Dash, chili powder, and other spices of your taste.

Makes 20 servings of 1 cup each.
