Apple Pockets

Ingredients
4 apples - peeled, cored and cut into pieces1 Tbsp brown sugar2 tsp cornstarch1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 can reduced fat crescents
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Place 1/4 cup water and apples in saucepan and cook on medium heat until tender - drain
Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and cinnamon and stir until mixed well
Place 1/4 of apple mixture between two crescent triangles and seal edges with a fork.
Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes
