L.R. citrus and black bean salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup finely chopped red onion4 oranges, sectioned and chopped2 grapefruits, peeled, and chopped1/4 cup lemon juice4 tsp. basil2 tsp. soy sauce1 T. hot sauce1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 T. olive oi1 tsp. crushed garlic1 tsp. cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients and let set at room temperature for at least 1 hour to marinate before serving. Makes about 8-1/2 cups
