Cinnamon-Topped Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/4 cup sugar3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup oats1/2 cup raisins (optional)3 Tbsp oil1 egg, beaten1 cup milkTopping:2 tbsp sugar2 tsp flour1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp melted butter
Directions
Combine dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients). Add wet ingredients (next 3) and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon topping.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
