Chelsea's Maccaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
3/4 c of Whole wheat pasta (I used shells)1 oz of Low Fat Velveeta1/3 c of Soy milk (can be substituted for regular milk)1 tbsp of butter/margarine1/8 tsp of fresh ground pepper1 tbsp of Bacon pieces (OPTIONAL)
Directions
Bring Water to boil and then place pasta in water. Continue boiling until soft. Once pasta is done drain water. While the water is draining place butter, velveeta, and milk in the pan on medium. Allow the butter and velveeta time to melt. Once melted stir in the pasta. Allow the sauce to bubble some while mixing in the pepper and bacon. Continue heating the mixture until the desired thickness of sauce is developed. Once reached remove from burner and place directly on the plate. Allow macaroni to cool on the plate rather in the pan. Once finished enjoy as a favorite side dish or as a delicious main course.
