Mushroom and Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
Ingredients:- 5 Large Egg Whites- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (Reduced Fat)- 1/2 cup Skim Milk- 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese- 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)- 3/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)- 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)- 2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)Required To Cook:- Canola Oil Spray (or other variety)- 9x9 inch pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a 9x9 inch pan with canola oil cooking spray (bottom and sides).

Mix all of the ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour into the 9x9 inch pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Allow 5-10 minutes to set/cool before serving.
