The Best Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
8 oz Wide Egg Noodles, dry6 Large Eggs4 T Butter2 C Reduced Fat Sour Cream2 C 1% Cottage Cheese1/2 C Sugar1/2 C Raisins1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Cook the noodles in boiling salt water for 4 minutes (you want the noodles to be undercooked. they will finish cooking while the kugel bakes). Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the noodles. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top, if desired. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 375F. for 30-35 minutes, or until custard is set.
