Beef & Mushroom Stew

Ingredients
Beef chuck, 1 lbCarrots, raw, 2 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesOnions, raw, 1 large choppedGarlic, 4 clove minced*Potato, raw, 4 medium choppedRed Wine, 8 fl ozBeef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cupPaprika, 2 tspWorcestershire sauce, 2 tspFlour, .25 cupSalt, dashPepper, dash
Directions
Place beef in crockpot. Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir to coat.

Add all other ingredients. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, low for 8-10 hours.
