Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

1 1/2 cups Blueberry Almond Crisp Cereal1.4 cup milk6 ounces light blueberry yogurt1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla1 1/2 cups bisquick3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup butter1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom of an 8 x 8 square pan with cooking spray.
2. In meduim sized mixing bowl, combine blueberry almond crisp cereal, milk and yougurt. Let stand for 5 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add eg and vanilla. Mix Well
3. In large bowl, comnine bisquick, sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Reserve one half cup of mixture for the topping. Mix,. Add to cereal mixture. Combinr until just moistened. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with reserved topping.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into 9 or 12 slices. (calorie count is for 9 slices)
