Asian Tuna Salad Boat

Ingredients
1/2 can of tuna packed in water, drained2 stalks of celery, chopped2 cloves of garlic, minced1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegarJuice from 1 lime1 tbsp sesame seeds1 sweet bell pepper (red, orange or yellow)dash of cumindash of white pepperdash of minced dried onion
Directions
Wash bell pepper and cut in half to make a "boat". Set aside. Drain 1 can of tuna packed in water, and divide in half (keep other half for a second portion). Mix tuna with chopped celery, garlic, chopped Japanese cucumbers, and lime juice. Add seseme oil, rice wine vinegar and spices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve in bell pepper boats.
