Ingredients
* Bread, french, 1/2in cubes 8 oz * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) * Provolone Cheese slices , 8 oz * Egg, fresh, 7 large * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded * Milk, 2%, 2.5 cup
Directions
Bread cubes in bottom of greased 9x13 pan, sliced provolone and spinach over. Can hold overnite refrigerated here. Mix milk, eggs and 1t dry mustard, pour over. top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 1hour. Cut into 24 squares. 130 calories.
