Fritatta with potato

Ingredients
6 eggs1/2 red onion2tsp olive oilcouple dashes wortechire1tbs ketchup1 tsp soy or braggs1 lg potato cooked and sliced4 oz light feta cheese4 yves veggie sausages chopped
Directions
fry onions in olive oil, add a bit of water if they start to stick, keeping the pan on medium heat ad sausages, add whisked eggs, layer half the feta and the potato slices, ad remaining feta and bake in 375 degree oven till firm.
