Ingredients
9 boneless pork loin chops1 lemon6 cloves of garlic1 Packet of Sazon w/ Achiote2 oz white distilled vinegar2 tsp of Mrs. Dash table blend1tbsp Olive oil
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) pour enough vinegar to cover the bottom of your baking pan
3) put chops in vinegar and flip them so the chops are smothered
4) sprinkle Mrs dash over all the chops - flip and sprinkle again
5) crush garlic in fresh squeezed lemon juice from half of your lemon(I use a pilón to crush mine)
6) spread the crushed garlic over the chops
7) slice the other half of the lemon and place on the chops(I only used 3 slices)
7) make a tent of foil over the chops and put them in the oven for 15-20 min
8) after 15-20 min, take the chops out of the oven, and sprinkle the sazon over each side
9) pour 1 tbsp of olive oil into a frying pan and sautee the chops until golden brown
serve and eat

serves 9 (in my house it served 4 and we had left overs)
I served it with mashed potatoes and broccoli, but it will go well with rice and beans too!

Great recipe! It fit in with South Beach phase one beautifully, and my family even loved it! Definitely a keeper! :) I didn't have the Sazon, so I just sprinkled a little Badia Complete Seasoning on before I put it in the saute pan. - 1/7/09
