Manda's London Broil Marinade

Ingredients
5oz of dry red wine3 tbsp blsamic vinegar6 cloves of garlic chopped1 tbsp honey1tsp pepper, fresh ground1 tbsp rosemary or 3 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary1 tbsp of dried oregano or 3 tbsp of freshly chopped oregano1 l of london broil
Directions
Whisk ingredients together in a bowl and then put it in a zip top bag with meat. Marinate for 2-24 hours. The longer the better.

Grill meat to liking.

    This was very, very good! The only reason I only gave it four stars was because I think it needs to marinate for more than two hours, maybe more like four or six at the minimum, because mine turned out chewy. The flavor is spectacular, though! - 7/31/12
