Ingredients
COOK THE PASTA TO AL DENTE. YOU CAN ALSO USE WHOLE WHEAT PASTA IF YOU PREFER. IN A BOWL,ZEST AND JUICE ONE LEMON AND ADD IT TO THE CANOLA OIL. FINELY MINCE THE GARLIC AND MIX THAT IN AS WELL. ADD KOSHER SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE, IF YOU LIKE, BUT I GO WITHOUT. ADD THE DICED CUCUMBERS (UNPEELED) AND TOMOATOES TO DRESSING. MIX IN THE TUNA POUCH. WHEN PASTA IS FINISHED, ADD IN HOT PASTA TO THE BOWL AND TOSS TO COAT. ENJOY!
